HOW CAN I GET A QUOTE FOR REPAIRS?

HOW DO I SEND MY RACQUET?
We work with partner clubs across the country and collect and deliver to them.

WHAT DOES REPAIR CONSIST OF?
We place new fiber and make it "fuse" with the original, restoring the tension and respective performance (which is lost when the racket is broken).
ARE REPAIRS GUARANTEED?
Yes, unless the breakage is in an area of contact with the ball and is extensive, we provide a 4-month guarantee on our services.
HOW LONG DO REPAIRS TAKE?
Length of service:
-REPAIR (with base paint) - 4 working days from the moment the racket arrives
-LOCAL PAINTING - 4-10 working days depending on the colors required (whether we have to produce them or not) and the complexity of the painting.
EXPRESS SERVICE (€5) - guaranteed collection on the next business day and full priority when it arrives.
Note: without the EXPRESS SERVICE, collection from clubs is done every two rackets delivered to the same club or every 4 working days.
HOW LONG DO CUSTOMIZATIONS TAKE?
Customizations are time-consuming and delicate services since the rackets have to go through several stages and external services. They usually take between 2-8 weeks. We do not recommend customizations in cases where the customer is in a hurry to get the racket back in order to avoid customer dissatisfaction.
IS IT NORMAL FOR SERVICES TO EXCEED THE EXPECTED TIMEFRAMEWORK?
Repairs with base paint are not, paintings may have their deadlines exceeded as they are individual processes that we cannot scale.
HOW IS PAYMENT MADE?
Payment is made by MB reference or by MBWAY after the racket is repaired.
