HOW CAN I GET A QUOTE FOR REPAIRS?

HOW DO I SEND MY RACQUET?

We work with collection points throughout the country and collect and deliver to them.
You can send us a private message to find out about the points in your area.

WHAT DOES REPAIR CONSIST OF?

We place new fiber and make it "fuse" with the original, restoring the tension and respective performance (which is lost when the racket is broken).

ARE REPAIRS GUARANTEED?

Yes, unless the breakage is in an area of contact with the ball and is extensive, we provide a 4-month guarantee on our services.

HOW LONG DO REPAIRS TAKE?
  • Repair (with base paint): 4 working days from receipt of the racket.
  • Local Painting (extra): adds 4 to 12 business days to the repair time, depending on the colors required (whether they are already available or need to be produced) and the complexity of the painting.
HOW LONG DO CUSTOMIZATIONS TAKE?

Customizations are delicate and time-consuming services, as the rackets have to go through several stages, including external services. The estimated time for completion typically varies between 2 and 8 weeks .

For this reason, we do not recommend personalization in cases where the customer urgently needs to receive the racket, in order to avoid any potential dissatisfaction.

WHEN WILL MY RACQUET BE COLLECTED?
  • Without Express Service: When there are at least two rackets delivered to the same point or every 4 business days , whichever comes first.
  • With the Express Service (€5): We guarantee collection the next working day , regardless of the number of rackets. In addition, your racket receives top priority upon arrival at our facilities.

HOW IS PAYMENT MADE?

Payment is made by MB reference or by MBWAY after the racket is repaired.
